What can I use OneAdmin for?
OneAdmin brings site sign-ins, inspections, photos, PDF markups, quotes, invoices, receipts and reports into a shared workspace for construction admin. Explore the modules to see which tools suit your work.
Can workers sign-in without an account?
The site attendance flow supports guest sign-in and sign-out with a receipt code. Available options depend on the site settings. Account login gives workers access to their history.
Can I use it on site and in the office?
Yes. OneAdmin runs in a web browser on phones, tablets and computers. Site attendance may need location permission; device signal and site settings affect location verification.
Does it replace my accounting software?
No. OneAdmin keeps receipts, invoices, documents and job records organised for review, export or handover to your bookkeeper. It does not replace accounting software.
